The Company offers a range of event planning and management services, including but not limited to:

As a Client, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when booking our services.
• Comply with the deadlines and schedules established for your event.
• Cooperate with us and any third-party vendors involved in your event.
• Ensure your event complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Be responsible for your guests' actions and behavior during the event.
• Promptly notify us of any changes or cancellations to the event.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date and begin planning. The deposit amount will be specified in your service agreement.
• Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due according to the agreed-upon payment schedule, typically no later than [X] days before the event.
• Late Payments: If payment is not received on time, the Company reserves the right to cancel the event and retain any payments made.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
• Client Cancellation: If you cancel your event, the deposit is non-refundable. Additional fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.
• Company Cancellation: If the Company must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of any payments made will be provided to you, but we will not be responsible for any other costs or losses you incur.
• Postponements: If you choose to postpone your event, we will make every effort to accommodate the new date, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
If you request changes to the event details (e.g., date, venue, guest count, or services), you must notify us as soon as possible. Changes may require additional planning, resources, or fees, and the final cost may increase based on the nature of the changes.
We may work with third-party vendors such as caterers, venues, entertainment providers, and others to fulfill your event requirements. While we work with trusted partners, the Company is not responsible for the actions, services, or products provided by third-party vendors. Any disputes with vendors must be handled directly between you and the vendor.
• Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries sustained by you or your guests during the event, unless caused by our direct negligence or willful misconduct.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your event, including those caused by third parties, guests, or vendors.
The Company agrees to keep all personal, financial, and event-related information confidential and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for event-related purposes (e.g., with vendors or service providers).
• Content Ownership: All content on the Company’s website and marketing materials, including logos, designs, images, and text, is owned by Celestia Gatherings & Events and cannot be reproduced, copied, or distributed without our written permission.
• Event Photos and Videos: You grant the Company permission to use event photos and videos for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. You may request that specific media not be used if desired.
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events (a "Force Majeure Event"). In such cases, the Company will work with you to reschedule the event, but no refunds will be provided.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the Client fails to meet their obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to non-payment, failure to comply with event requirements, or any other breach of this Agreement.
